Email is King

We are contactable via email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year. You can rest assured that your email will be seen and assigned to a process with 15 mins of it being received. Telephones are answered where possible between 7.30am and 6pm and a voicemail service is available, although email is more reliable due to the noisy nature of our business.

Drain Surveys

Our CCTV drain surveys will provide you with locations, depths and lengths of underground drains. We can provide imagery for your records and a full report upon request.  Cracked or broken drains can add to or be the sole problem in some cases, of damp problems. Our unique ability to trace, cure and facilitate any drain related issues 'in house', ensures a swift and seamless project when undertaking any drain correction work.

Monitoring

As a long standing company with a very high reputation, we take pride in every job we undertake and value every new and existing client. It is crucial that our solutions and remedies are the most effective and least disruptive for our clients.  With this in mind, we may choose to monitor certain projects to ascertain more information, before 'jumping in' with 'hopeful' solutions, like so many other businesses, without knowing and understanding the level of the problem.  Every job is NOT the same and does NOT require the same treatment, so a full understanding of construction as well as building fabrics and experience in ALL fields is essential. 

Reporting

Each and every project undertaken, will be the start of a new page for us.  No two jobs, properties, clients or challenges are exactly the same! Each project will be the subject of reports, file updates, endless photographic evidence and a host of 'back office' accounting, paperwork and record keeping for us and yourselves to call upon in the future if needed.  You will have a unique reference to your property and every job we undertake for you.  The records of which will be stored in our system for you to access whenever you need to.  Giving you the reassurance that your project is not 'done and forgotten' and you don't need to personally keep piles of paperwork relating to your job! 

Project Management

One of the key elements on the path to a successful project, is the ability to 'Project Manage' each job to eliminate waiting around, delays with deliveries, manpower programming, scheduling, client awareness and liaising with governing bodies where necessary.  We have 'in house' architects and engineers and have at our disposal a team of private 'Approved Building Inspectors' where required.  Being good at ones job, is not enough nowadays, as it is essential to employ the 'Project Management' skill element into every project undertaken.  Life is complicated enough already, so planning  to eliminate complications as much as possible is our aim.
